With Jen's guidance and support, I have made huge strides in managing my depression and anxiety and in addressing triggers and stressors that I have wrestled with for years. Jen has empowered and enabled me to embrace the process of self-awareness and healing and to learn from my feelings rather than be controlled by them. Jen is remarkably perceptive, and her compassion and investment in me creates a comfortable, stress-free space.

I'm so glad you’re visiting me and that you’re taking a step in your healing process.

Therapy can have a bad reputation.  Sometimes people think if you go to therapy it means you’re really messed up, and the focus of therapy is on what’s wrong.

For me it’s quite the opposite.  Therapy is about owning your talents and your gifts.  It's about Claiming Your Voice.  If you go to therapy I see you as an emotional warrior - strengthening your ability to break intergenerational patterns, cultivate greater love and compassion for self and others, in order to move through the world with the most positive impact.

We all have challenges and pain, we all have strengths.  While therapy is a safe place to explore your darkest shadows, it is equally a place to be spontaneous, creative, and free.

I call myself a holistic therapist because I have a mind/body/spirit approach to health and wellness.  It is essential for my clients to have an embodied experience of healing.

My goal is for you to feel empowered to learn from your past, live in the present, and create your future.  Together we transform struggle into growth and positive action.  This transformation ripples outward so that any healing you do brings more positive energy into the world.

The process of working with me begins with a phone call or free in person consultation.  This is where we explore why you’re considering therapy and whether my approach is the best fit for you.

The issues we can address together and transform include but are not limited to:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Grief and loss
  • Life transitions
  • Unhealthy relationship patterns
  • Family issues
  • Trauma
